What you will do

  • Design AI-native planning mechanisms to align senior Technology leaders on strategy, goals, and resource plans.
  • Partner with Business Operations and Finance to align annual planning with CEO staff and FP&A expectations.
  • Develop high-level artifacts for C-suite leaders to summarize Tech strategy and plans.
  • Create scalable guidance, templates, and workflows for a Tech Ecosystem of over 8,000 FTEs.
  • Operationalize and automate annual planning processes by partnering with tooling teams.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new planning tools and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience turning ambiguous strategy into clear program plans and measurable outcomes in complex organizations.
  • Track record of leading complex cross-functional programs and driving large-scale adoption.
  • Ability to influence VP-level executives and facilitate leadership decision-making.
  • Experience using AI and technology to transform manual data collection into speed-to-insight processes.
  • Systems thinking mindset to connect outcomes to drivers within a large ecosystem.
