Program Manager (AI/ISV Ecosystem)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington, DC

Salary: $162,000–$222,000 USD annual base salary for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; an additional $144,000–$198,000 USD annual range is listed.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end governance for a high-visibility cross-functional program spanning Okta and Auth0 product investments, marketing, technical enablement, and open standards.
• Define operating rhythms, milestones, success metrics, risk mitigation strategies, and program management frameworks.
• Build and document AI-driven processes to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership, and communicate program vision, goals, and progress across the organization.
• Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/product-focused roles.
• Experience managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical and financial acumen, communication skills, and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
• Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with senior Product and Engineering leaders on C-level programs.
• Direct GTM or Product Operations experience.
• Knowledge of platform business models and the enterprise security landscape.
• STEM or business-related degree.
