Strategy & Operations (AI)

Location: New York, United States; fully in-office five days a week

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global develops AI-powered infrastructure software that autonomously understands, diagnoses, fixes, and prevents incidents in complex enterprise production environments.

What you will do

• Own cross-functional strategic projects from scoping and analysis through implementation, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering.
• Support complex deals by helping with structuring, internal approvals, coordination, and blocker removal.
• Own key parts of the annual operating plan, track progress against goals, identify risks, and support course correction.
• Build financial and operational models for pricing, revenue, planning, and business decisions.
• Build scalable AI-native systems that streamline workflows and distribute insights across the business.
• Act as a thought partner to executives on ambiguous, high-stakes problems.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally including management consulting, investment banking, or private equity and operating experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience owning ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Financial fluency and experience with FP&A, LTV/CAC, pricing models, revenue builds, or unit economics.
• High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating with limited process or precedent.
• Ability to work in person in New York five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in a deal desk, pricing, or go-to-market strategy function.
