Principal Program Manager (Finance Digital Enablement)

Location: United States

Salary: $129,500–$186,100 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale Finance transformation, technology implementation, AI, automation, and operating model programs from planning through deployment, stabilization, and operational transition.
• Translate strategic roadmaps into delivery plans covering objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resources, dependencies, and success measures.
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams across Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales, Treasury, Human Resources, Internal Audit, vendors, and external partners.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, escalation paths, decision frameworks, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, scope changes, requirements, integrations, testing, cutover, controls validation, and hypercare.
• Drive business readiness, communications, training, adoption, KPI tracking, benefits realization, and continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation, Finance transformation, enterprise technology, or cross-functional programs in large organizations.
• Experience with Finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Revenue, Treasury, or Tax.
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, testing, deployment planning, business readiness, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Strong expertise in program governance, integrated planning, dependency and risk management, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments, plus organizational change management and communications.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Finance transformation experience in a SaaS or technology organization.
• Experience with AI, automation, enterprise ERP, Finance platforms, or business process platforms.
• Experience in highly matrixed, global organizations.
