Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Remote within the USA or hybrid in San Jose, California, three days per week. US citizenship is required.

Salary: $164,000–$205,000 USD base salary annually, excluding bonus, equity, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical programs covering internal infrastructure, new cloud environments, cloud services, and data center migrations.
• Define project charters, plans, milestones, deliverables, and execution tracking through closure.
• Coordinate system engineering, infrastructure architecture, cloud operations, security, and engineering stakeholders.
• Build project management frameworks, playbooks, process improvements, and operational documentation.
• Manage risks, technical dependencies, blockers, mitigation plans, and executive governance.
• Maintain accurate data across Jira, Confluence, dashboards, spreadsheets, and other operational systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on technical project or program management experience in cloud operations, networking, infrastructure, data center operations, cloud builds, or data center migrations within a SaaS or cloud environment.
• Experience working directly with infrastructure, server, networking, and cloud services engineering teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional infrastructure programs, new cloud deployments, and data center migrations.
• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, Jira, and Confluence, plus demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or PSM certification.
• Experience with multi-phase data center migrations, new cloud infrastructure, hardware refreshes, or cloud migration programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, or related federal compliance standards.
