Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Cypress, CA (Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week in office)
Salary: $115,000 - $149,000

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic consultant to senior leaders, aligning people initiatives with business priorities.
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation efforts to support high-growth operations.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development pipelines.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise programs in performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition.
- Utilize workforce data and business metrics to provide actionable insights on organizational health and retention.
- Coach leaders on team effectiveness and drive alignment to company culture during periods of change.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven success in leading change initiatives, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
- Experience supporting hourly California-based employees and knowledge of California employment law preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Cypress, CA (minimum 2 days/week).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office.
