What you will do

  • Partner with Engineering, Research, and Product leaders as their primary HR advisor to influence organizational health.
  • Design and build new people programs, policies, and frameworks from the ground up.
  • Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for technical functions.
  • Coach managers on performance management, talent calibration, and complex employee relations.
  • Own compensation planning, leveling discussions, and promotion processes for specialized AI talent.
  • Drive scalable people processes and manage HR operations via Rippling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience supporting technical organizations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to coach senior leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams in startup or scale-up technology companies.
  • Hands-on experience as a Rippling administrator.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate people data into actionable initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or developer organizations.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate HR workflows and generate insights.
