What you will do
- Partner with Engineering, Research, and Product leaders as their primary HR advisor to influence organizational health.
- Design and build new people programs, policies, and frameworks from the ground up.
- Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for technical functions.
- Coach managers on performance management, talent calibration, and complex employee relations.
- Own compensation planning, leveling discussions, and promotion processes for specialized AI talent.
- Drive scalable people processes and manage HR operations via Rippling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience supporting technical organizations.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to coach senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams in startup or scale-up technology companies.
- Hands-on experience as a Rippling administrator.
- Strong analytical skills to translate people data into actionable initiatives.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or developer organizations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate HR workflows and generate insights.
