Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 annually

What you will do
- Partner with GTM leadership to align organizational design, talent, and performance strategies with revenue goals.
- Coach frontline and second-line sales leaders on performance management and building high-performing teams.
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and calibration within a revenue-focused context.
- Identify and mitigate retention and engagement risks using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Finance on headcount planning, compensation, and productivity expectations.
- Manage complex employee relations issues while balancing business needs and risk.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of HRBP experience supporting high-growth GTM or sales organizations.
- Deep understanding of sales motions (SDR, AE, CS) and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to coach sales leaders and manage performance in quota-carrying environments.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to influence leadership.
- Must be based in the US and comfortable with up to 10% travel for team onsites.
- Strong judgment in navigating complex employee relations and organizational ambiguity.
