What you will do

  • Drive comprehensive communications for year-end performance management, including goal-setting and development cycles.
  • Develop creative storytelling around career growth to reinforce the employer brand.
  • Lead communications for the "Elevating the Manager" priority, integrating AI-driven initiatives to amplify manager impact.
  • Manage the "Wall of Fame" initiative to celebrate company-wide promotions.
  • Implement Voice of the Employee (VoE) listening strategies to understand and act on employee feedback.
  • Partner with P&P technology teams to drive change management for tool launches.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in communications, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Ability and eagerness to travel regularly to the Mountain View HQ.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a very high bar for quality and detail.
  • Strong business acumen to translate strategic information into concise messages.
  • Experience in developing data-backed strategies by measuring and testing insights.
