What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel communication campaigns and programs to drive results.
• Own content planning, production, and hosting for the "Our Two Cents" financial literacy podcast.
• Manage the website for the KEYS by hirify.global online financial literacy program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling messages for websites, social media, and executive messaging.
• Track, measure, and evaluate communication efforts to enhance team member experiences.
• Act as a communication liaison to various departments throughout the company.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a related communications or marketing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, mass communications, public relations, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of strategic communications concepts, principles, and theories.
• Understanding of marketing theories used to drive audience action in strategic campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience developing, hosting, and producing podcasts or other multimedia storytelling content.
