Manager, Employee Communications

hirify.global’s People & Culture team supports employee communications and experience across the organization.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans for enterprise priorities, organizational changes, transformation programs, and other high-impact initiatives.
• Translate complex business topics and leadership direction into clear, relevant employee-facing narratives.
• Lead narrative tracking and validation across initiatives to maintain alignment and identify communication gaps.
• Manage organizational attention by coordinating overlapping communications and reducing unnecessary noise.
• Create messaging, communication plans, leader toolkits, FAQs, intranet and newsletter content, talking points, calendars, and reports.
• Support leadership communications, crisis communications materials, employee experience initiatives, and AI-enabled communication workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in internal, employee, corporate, or change communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and executive voice development skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, organizational change, leadership communications, or transformation programs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Strong judgment and discretion when managing sensitive or high-impact communications.
• Experience using employee feedback, engagement data, channel metrics, communication platforms, and AI generative tools to improve communication effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee communications platforms, intranet tools, AI/search tools, or digital workplace channels.
