What you will do

• Develop and execute corporate communications strategies aligned with business priorities, organizational goals, and brand strategy.
• Own the strategy, design, and maintenance of the company's internal intranet and digital content architecture.
• Create communication plans for organizational change, business transformation, and restructuring efforts.
• Draft executive communications, including presentations, scripts, press releases, and thought leadership content.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all global audiences.
• Measure communication effectiveness using engagement metrics and platform analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a global organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different leadership levels.
• Experience managing an intranet or similar digital employee communication platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and digital content management practices.
