Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies aligned with business priorities, organizational goals, and brand strategy.
- Own the strategy, design, and maintenance of the company's internal intranet and digital content architecture.
- Create communication plans for organizational change, business transformation, and restructuring efforts.
- Draft executive communications, including presentations, scripts, press releases, and thought leadership content.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all global audiences.
- Measure communication effectiveness using engagement metrics and platform analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a global organization.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different leadership levels.
- Experience managing an intranet or similar digital employee communication platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and digital content management practices.
