Salary: $100,000 – $210,000 USD (USA) / $145,000 – $240,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Develop product and technology communications strategies aligned with business goals and technical differentiation.
• Partner with engineering and research leaders to translate complex technical work into accessible, high-impact narratives.
• Lead communications for product launches, including messaging frameworks, press releases, and executive talking points.
• Collaborate with corporate comms and marketing to ensure consistency across developer content and external storytelling.
• Support thought leadership for product and modeling executives.
• Manage crisis communications related to product security or technical incidents.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product/technology communications or technical content, preferably in AI or enterprise software.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics without losing nuance.
• Proven experience partnering with product and engineering leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Understanding of enterprise AI, machine learning, or developer ecosystems.
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
