Communications Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute ActAI's global communications strategy and external narrative.
• Build relationships with technology, business, and mainstream media.
• Develop media angles and secure high-quality press coverage.
• Write and edit press releases, announcements, company updates, and executive communications.
• Shape company messaging, positioning, and product narratives.
• Prepare founders and executives for media interviews, conferences, and public appearances.
• Develop communication plans for product launches, partnerships, and major milestones.
• Monitor media coverage and support crisis communications and reputation management.

Requirements

• Experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations within technology companies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
• Strong relationships with technology and business journalists.
• Experience managing communications for product launches or major announcements.
• Excellent judgement, strong attention to detail, and high standards for quality.
• Ability to work independently, operate with minimal direction, and collaborate directly with founders and senior leadership.
