What you will do

• Lead Corporate FP&A and Fleet Controlling activities in North America, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting across all PCI cost lines.
• Manage Fixed Fleet Costs and residual value analysis to translate fleet performance into profitable business decisions.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Revenue Management, Accounting, and Group Controlling to develop financial strategies and evaluate business cases.
• Oversee the monthly forecasting cycle, variance analysis, and executive reporting for the CFO, CEO, and Group stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three FP&A Analysts to establish consistent analytical standards and accountability.
• Optimize financial models and reporting tools to advance long-term EBT margin objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, including direct leadership of finance professionals.
• Proven success leading forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level business planning in complex organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle SQL, AWS Athena, QuickSight, or Qlik.
• Fluent English required.
