What you will do

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial results to communicate key trends and performance measures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive short and long-term corporate planning models.
• Collaborate with the parent company's FP&A team to ensure alignment with corporate budgeting and forecasting.
• Direct the preparation of financial statements and ensure fiscal goals are met.
• Evaluate and oversee the Cost Accounting/Analysis function, including activity-based costing.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced expertise in Activity Based Costing (ABC) and Standard Costing principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools (NPV, IRR) and systems like Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and complex data analysis.
