What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with a focus on operational execution.
• Partner with senior leadership across merchandising, operations, and technology to provide real-time decision support.
• Drive visibility into unit economics, customer behavior, and operational KPIs to improve business performance.
• Modernize forecasting models and reporting dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Lead the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline finance workflows and surface actionable trends.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or operational finance with a track record of team leadership.
• Direct experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing businesses.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to influence operational strategy.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle or Workday and data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
