What you will do

• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational performance metrics to leadership, including profitability and ROE.
• Drive financial and business planning and forecasting of divisional revenues to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate client relationships and market positioning to optimize revenue opportunities and financial returns.
• Analyze loan portfolios, capital usage, and revenue returns relative to competitors.
• Design expense allocation methodologies and assist in CCAR modelling of revenues and balance sheets.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior and mid-level team members on analytical approaches and financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of experience (or Master's with 3 years).
• Experience preparing and presenting strategic priorities and financial metrics to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and V-lookups for managing large datasets.
• Experience performing comparative analysis of competitive positioning using Dealogic and internal metrics.
• Proficiency in data visualization and modelling tools, including Tableau, Essbase, and Alteryx.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating junior professionals' work and executing technology updates to systems.
