Salary: $90,000 – $128,000 yearly

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify HR system solutions and translate them into technical requirements.
• Own and manage key aspects of the HR system roadmap and project milestones.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) workflows and troubleshoot configuration defects.
• Optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance and Goal Management.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature elaboration.
• Manage data integrity, security roles, and HR integrations with core systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Libertyville, IL, Nashville, TN or Stuarts Draft, VA.
• US work authorization required (No sponsorship available).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of technology-related work experience, with at least 2 years specialized in HR systems.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and English communication.

Nice to have

• Experience working with integration developers on data extraction via the SuccessFactors API.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
