Sr. Business Systems Analyst (HR Systems): Bridging business requirements and technology solutions for HR systems with an accent on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD. Focus on defining system requirements, optimizing HR workflows, and ensuring successful implementation of HRIS enhancements.
Location: Must be based in Libertyville, IL, Nashville, TN or Stuarts Draft, VA (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office). Sponsorship and relocation are not available.
Salary: $90,000 – $128,000 yearly

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify HR system solutions and translate them into technical requirements.
- Own and manage key aspects of the HR system roadmap and project milestones.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) workflows and troubleshoot configuration defects.
- Optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance and Goal Management.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature elaboration.
- Manage data integrity, security roles, and HR integrations with core systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in Libertyville, IL, Nashville, TN or Stuarts Draft, VA.
- US work authorization required (No sponsorship available).
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of technology-related work experience, with at least 2 years specialized in HR systems.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and English communication.
Nice to have
- Experience working with integration developers on data extraction via the SuccessFactors API.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
