What you will do

• Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational services across unclassified and Top Secret/SCI environments.
• Define and refine incident management, escalation, and communication workflows.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to recommend process improvements and automation.
• Establish and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and prepare executive-level performance reports.
• Manage agile backlogs, facilitate ceremonies, and coordinate requirements gathering across technical and government stakeholders.
• Develop standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, and operational playbooks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• BS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in incident management and escalations/notifications.
• 3+ years of experience in cyber triage and enterprise performance reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in executive-level presentations.
• Strong ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
