What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client developer teams, supporting integration with hirify.global APIs.
• Analyze, triage, and debug client API requests and JSON/XML payloads to resolve integration errors and data mismatches.
• Track, document, and reproduce technical issues, collaborating with internal engineering teams to expedite fixes.
• Guide clients through the onboarding lifecycle and manage integration milestones and timelines.
• Author and maintain integration guides, FAQs, data mapping schemas, and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong business analysis expertise, including process re-engineering (Lean, Six Sigma) and complex data evaluation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational change and manage projects independently.
