What you will do

• Partner with external clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria within Agile environments.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups to help development teams understand proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, UAT scenarios, and feature validation.
• Lead software demonstrations for clients and refine requirements based on feedback.
• Communicate project risks, scope changes, and timeline impacts across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within software development environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
• Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or YouTrack.
• Proficiency in creating process flows and wireframes using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Balsamiq.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SQL and the ability to read or analyze queries.
• Experience working within financial services, claims processing, or regulatory software environments.
