HSE Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide technical safety and health support to the operations team.
• Manage and develop site HSE coordinators.
• Develop and coordinate safety training programs in partnership with L&D.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead machine guarding assessment processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and other regulatory agencies.
• Manage environmental requirements including air permitting and waste disposal.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Marshall, TX
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Environmental discipline.
• Experience managing HSE professionals.
