What you will do

• Implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations and manage the annual OSHA 300 log.
• Lead the Safety Pillar and Corporate Safety Leader Team to implement the hirify.global Safety Plan.
• Conduct facility inspections and annual safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the worker compensation program and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Oversee the Environmental Care Program and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal permits.
• Analyze safety data and lead incident investigations to implement continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Goodyear, AZ, USA
• Experience with OSHA rules, regulations, and reporting.
• Ability to lead safety audits and conduct industrial hygiene testing.
• Proficiency in managing worker compensation programs.
• Experience with environmental standards and sustainability reporting.
