What you will do

• Own and operate the Electrical Safety & Compliance engineering service area, ensuring availability and quality.
• Align service roadmaps with delivery requirements and prioritize necessary improvements.
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers (up to 10 people), aligning responsibilities and priorities.
• Enforce electrical safety requirements across designs, equipment, labs, and operational environments.
• Interface with similar service teams across different sites to maintain consistency.

Requirements

• BS in engineering or relevant technical field (MSc or PhD preferred).
• 8+ years of technical background in electrical safety or relevant engineering services.
• Demonstrated experience with standards such as IEC, UL, NFPA, OSHA, DEKRA, SEMI-S2, and CE.
• Proven experience in leadership and people management within a complex engineering environment.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
