TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA (home-based)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global account strategies for assigned strategic industrial customers.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across engineering, operations, and business leadership.
  • Drive design wins, pipeline development, and market-share expansion across global regions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product marketing, applications engineering, and operations.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning, and roadmap discussions.
  • Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial escalations to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, industrial automation, or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of managing large strategic or global accounts.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor solutions including MCUs, MPUs, connectivity, and power management.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Experience with industrial OEMs, building automation, or robotics customers.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue accounts and global design-win pipelines.
