What you will do

• Develop, mentor, coach, and manage CTMs and Principal CTMs to progress skills aligned with Precision quality standards.
• Partner with Clinical Operations Management and other functional areas to improve CTM expectations and procedures to drive quality, consistency, efficiency, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Resourcing to ensure Clinical Operations resource allocations and needs are met.
• Create action plans and provide developmental/strategic oversight to optimize CTM services and deliver individual/team/department goals.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance development for direct reports.
• Deliver technical support to assigned CTMs, including scope definition, risk identification, escalation/mitigation, resource planning, and deliverables; ensure timely and accurate administrative updates on company systems.

Requirements

• Location: Remote in the United States
• 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in a scientific or health-related field.
• 5 years of industry experience in clinical research, including clinical operations experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO (or proven competencies for the role).
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

Nice to have

• Experience managing clinical aspects of complex and global trials.
• 1–2 years functioning in a Senior or Principal CTM capacity.
