What you will do

• Review and adjust repair estimates using photos and industry-standard software.
• Negotiate fair claim settlements with repair facilities and customers.
• Confirm coverage and liability for assigned losses.
• Complete total loss evaluations and Actual Cash Value (ACV) determinations.
• Provide proactive communication to customers and partners throughout the claims process.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in claims handling, collision repair, or auto estimating.
• Strong working knowledge of CCC estimating software.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses within six months of hire.
• Proven ability to handle complex, high-value auto damage claims.
• Strong understanding of auto repair methods and vehicle systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice to have

• I-CAR certification or body shop training.
• Experience with Guidewire claims systems.
• Background as a technical resource, trainer, or mentor.
