Location: Must be based in Adelaide, Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of civil liability claims according to established protocols.
  • Perform technical claims administration, including assessment, correspondence, and settlement management.
  • Collaborate with the Claims team and Liability Risk Advisor to identify claims trends.
  • Support the development and delivery of proactive risk management programs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with councils, claimants, and legal stakeholders.
  • Provide onsite client service and deliver professional recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must have appropriate approval to work in Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience managing claims processes from lodgement to finalisation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Capability in data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal & Bankruptcy check is required.
