Salary: $66,500 - $92,000 annually + bonus.

What you will do

• Inspect and evaluate damage to insured and third-party vehicles.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Negotiate repair costs with facilities to ensure fair and consistent settlements.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the claims process.
• Determine total loss designations based on state requirements.
• Provide technical expertise to agents, customers, and repair partners.

Requirements

• Must reside within California's Inland Empire region.
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical inspections including kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Daily travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in auto body repair, collision estimating, or field appraising.
• Proficiency with CCC estimating software.
• I-CAR certification or formal body shop training.
• Previous property damage claims experience.
