What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles.
• Source proactively to build pipelines rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate on candidates, and remove blockers.
• Contribute to process improvements and interview frameworks.
• Maintain clean data hygiene in Ashby and provide clear status updates.
• Help tell the hirify.global story to candidates, including those new to Web3.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech or crypto/Web3 environment.
• Proven ability to hire across both technical and non-technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to operate independently.
• Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Clear communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to connect individual work to broader organizational goals.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in Web3 or crypto.
• Familiarity with token compensation structures.
• Experience at a company that went through rapid growth or a headcount reset.
