Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mountain View, CA or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Identify and engage passive talent for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Partner with leadership to set hiring benchmarks, metrics, and targeted recruiting strategies.
• Design and implement scalable full-cycle hiring processes and interview plans.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Implement sourcing workflows to ensure a robust and diverse candidate pool.
• Maintain data hygiene and reporting accuracy within the Ashby ATS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume Engineering, Product, and Design recruitment.
• Proven success in scaling a high-growth technology company.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance high-volume and targeted hiring.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and independent execution.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days/week) in Mountain View or Los Angeles.
