TL;DR

Salary: $110,000 – $170,000

hirify.global is building a transparent, permissionless onchain trading stack for stocks, commodities, and crypto to replace the opaque offshore brokerage model.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end scheduling for screens, technical rounds, and on-site interviews.
  • Maintain the ATS (Ashby), ensuring pipeline accuracy and timely interviewer feedback.
  • Own the candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the signed offer.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and specialized communities.
  • Manage relationships and accountability with external search firms and recruiters.
  • Develop structured recruiting processes, including loops, scorecards, and templates.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in recruiting coordination or agency recruiting.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Gem.
  • Proven track record of effective candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail regarding time zones and follow-ups.
  • High ownership mindset and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in New York for on-site work.
