TL;DR

Technical Recruiter (HR): Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-caliber engineering talent with an accent on sourcing, pipeline management, and stakeholder partnership. Location: Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 (New York, NY)

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview criteria, and hiring strategies.
  • Build and manage robust talent pipelines for multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Ashby, and other platforms.
  • Influence hiring teams and executives to ensure alignment on scoping and assessment quality.
  • Provide a positive, exceptional interview experience for all candidates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience, specifically within tech startups.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in a low-structure, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing diverse talent pipelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage hiring manager expectations through data-driven insights.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
