What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs with a focus on SAP ERP implementations.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams.
• Drive execution across planning, logistics, order management, fulfillment, and manufacturing systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
• Oversee system integrations across SAP and adjacent enterprise platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks including status reporting, risk management, and escalation handling.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Program Management with a strong focus on Supply Chain and ERP transformations.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Experience managing large, multi-phase programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Technical acumen in system integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ecosystem tools such as IBP, FSM, or BRIM.
• Experience in high-growth, high-transaction environments.
• Familiarity with AI/automation initiatives in supply chain.
• Experience with Agile / SAFe program delivery models.
