Senior Staff NPI Sourcing Specialist (Robotics)

Location: Waltham Office, United States

Base pay: $116,479.18–$145,598.98 annually

What you will do

• Partner with engineering during early development to identify and vet suppliers for semiconductors, sensors, and PCBA components.
• Build should-cost models covering silicon wafers, packaging, assembly labor, and total cost of ownership.
• Manage R&D material inventory with the Operations Program Manager to align availability with production and demand needs.
• Place and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on build plans, program schedules, and inventory requirements.
• Follow up on open and overdue supplier orders and communicate accurate delivery timelines.
• Analyze procurement, inventory, turnover, accuracy, and supplier-performance metrics and prepare daily reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or supplier management experience; R&D experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems and Microsoft or Google Suite tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, semiconductors, or automotive autonomous driving systems.
• Dashboard and data visualization development experience.
• PMP, APICS, or ISM certification.
