Sr. Manager, Warehousing & Materials Management

Location: Remote within the United States; Charlotte, North Carolina locations listed. The role requires regular work at company offices or work sites, 50% travel, and the ability to work in varied environmental conditions.

Salary: $131,600–$197,400 annually.

What you will do

• Lead warehousing, materials management, tooling, equipment support, and logistics for maintenance, outage, shutdown, mobilization, and demobilization projects.
• Direct warehouse and satellite facility operations, inventory control, fleet vehicles, and third-party tool and equipment providers.
• Manage requisitioning and material-asset processes for plant materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain records, reporting, and system controls in SAP or comparable ERP and web-based inventory tools.
• Lead and develop teams, set priorities, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and reinforce safe execution.
• Standardize procedures and communicate logistics, inventory, asset-risk, and schedule information to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, materials management, tooling, equipment, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or field operations.
• Experience leading teams and using SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Advanced knowledge of warehousing, logistics, asset lifecycle, and inventory-control practices for construction, outage, shutdown, and field operations.
• Working knowledge of industrial, renewable, fossil, and nuclear field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• English proficiency is required for complex written and spoken workplace communication.
