What you will do

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the partner portfolio.
• Create business plans to align company and partner goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive program success.
• Measure and report on partner performance metrics to maximize ROI.
• Identify and onboard new partner and solution opportunities.
• Mentor team members and facilitate onboarding training for internal resources.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Experience with business planning and strategic marketing plan development.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including v-lookup and pivot tables.
• Strong understanding of the value-added technology industry and partner-driven channel models.
• Ability to leverage Business Intelligence tools for marketing planning.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
