What you will do

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
• Perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and detailed asset tracking to maintain accurate records.
• Process returns and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to improve warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, and asset tracking.
• Experience supporting technical equipment or hardware environments.
