What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end flow of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods, including receiving, put-away, kitting, and shipping.
• Handle cold-chain materials and ensure strict adherence to temperature-controlled storage requirements.
• Execute ERP/WMS transactions using SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare GDP-compliant shipments and coordinate with QA/QC for material status updates and sampling support.
• Operate material-handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and turret trucks.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, CAPAs, and deviation investigations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; associate or technical coursework is a plus.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, medical device, or other GMP-regulated industries.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Middletown, DE.
• Working knowledge of cGMP/GDP and basic documentation practices (ALCOA+).
• Proficiency with handheld scanners, ERP/WMS software, and basic Excel.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8–12 hour shifts and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with cold-chain materials.
• Knowledge of DOT/IATA regulations and hazmat packaging/labeling basics.
