Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end client implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Manage integrations with carriers and vendors to ensure successful claims processing and benefit go-live.
• Lead and mentor Associate Onboarding Managers, fostering team growth and best practice adoption.
• Communicate organizational processes effectively to both internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Identify process gaps and implement optimizations to improve the overall client onboarding experience.
• Maintain real-time reporting on implementation activities and proactively communicate risks to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of experience in a similar implementation or client management role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing large and strategic accounts.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the New York office.

Nice to have

• Experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification.
• Experience supporting Taft-Hartley Funds or public sector clients.
