Senior Manager - Project Management (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; office location listed as Jersey Village, Texas. Travel up to 25%.

Salary: $122,328–$214,074 annually.

What you will do

• Lead governance and management of the enterprise AI initiative portfolio from intake and prioritization through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Direct complex, large-scale projects and manage scope, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Establish project management processes, portfolio governance, demand intake, and standardized operating practices.
• Partner with AI Product Owners, Finance, technology, data, risk, and business leaders to define metrics, expected benefits, and investment priorities.
• Prepare executive portfolio reviews, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Identify process waste, systemic risks, resource constraints, and corrective actions while leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business and project management, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and large-scale project delivery.
• 5 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques, Agile methodologies, business processes, and IT processes.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and business judgment skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel up to 25%.
