Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Enablement (Fintech)

Location: United States; flexible remote environment

Salary: $102,400–$153,600 USD annually, plus potential performance-based bonuses and equity grants

What you will do

• Develop and maintain an Operations Strategy enablement roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Identify and scale proven capabilities, technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, and operating practices across Originations, Front Office, Backoffice, and Collections.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from business-case development through implementation, adoption, and performance measurement.
• Translate operational needs into business requirements and partner with Product and Technology on scalable solutions.
• Establish governance, workplans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and decision points.
• Provide recommendations and decision support to senior leadership while managing risks, priorities, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, product operations, program management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, technology-enabled transformation, and change management.
• Experience developing business cases, defining requirements, managing implementation plans, and measuring business impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills, including communication with senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, servicing, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience implementing automation, artificial intelligence, or customer-engagement technologies.
