What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide software transformation programs from conception through rollout, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual.
• Manage governance, decision rights, stage gates, executive sponsors, steering committees, risks, dependencies, budgets, and portfolio performance.
• Define KPIs, OKRs, benefits realization plans, sustainability plans, operating model updates, and process controls.
• Support transformation roadmaps involving vendor management, contract lifecycle management, workflow redesign, data integrations, and AI-enabled processes.
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping, human-centered design, systems thinking, and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Coach junior staff and support resource forecasting, workforce planning, and vendor or partner augmentation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, or enterprise-wide program delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives with measurable operational, financial, efficiency, adoption, or risk-reduction outcomes.
• Expertise in portfolio governance, benefits realization, KPI/OKR design, executive stakeholder management, and multi-year cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with delivery tools such as Microsoft Project or Planner, Power BI, Azure DevOps or Jira, Mural or Miro, and Teams.
• Experience facilitating process mapping and business process reengineering with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of U.S. federal government contracting environments and project-focused organizations is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide software transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying AI and automation to process efficiency, decision support, analytics, and workflow optimization.
