Corporate Counsel - Litigation

Location: Hybrid, in-person in Menlo Park, California or Atlanta, Georgia; not remote

Salary: $234K–$307.6K annually

What you will do

• Support and manage litigation and dispute matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Advise on dispute resolution, governing law, venue, arbitration, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions in commercial agreements.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, garnishment orders, statutory information requests, and government or law enforcement inquiries.
• Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks and practical solutions for complex disputes.
• Support bankruptcy matters and internal investigations in coordination with relevant business functions.
• Partner with outside counsel on discovery, motion practice, litigation strategy, and scalable litigation-management processes.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar.
• Ability to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
• At least 3 years of legal experience with substantive litigation work at a law firm, in-house, or both.
• Familiarity with commercial disputes and contractual dispute-resolution provisions.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language, with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with bankruptcy matters.
