What you will do

• Track physical fixed asset inventory from receipt through end-of-life within the Asset Management Database.
• Manage goods receipts, physical moves, RMAs, and disposals.
• Process financial goods receipts to ensure proper 3-way matching in the financial database.
• Oversee physical asset tagging standards and maintain component inventory tracking systems.
• Conduct annual physical asset audits as part of SOX control.
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries with vendors across multiple sites and document standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must have United States work authorization (certain visa categories may not be supported).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and/or Data Center Asset Management.
• BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software and computer systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
