Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate national vendor accounts, including Grainger, Vestis, and Staples, ensuring orders follow approvals and budget guidelines.
• Maintain supplier master data, contract records, inventory information, and hardware deployment records.
• Coordinate procurement and shipping of computer hardware and facility-related goods to locations nationwide.
• Reconcile purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices while resolving discrepancies with vendors and Accounts Payable.
• Manage routine purchasing, RFQs, supplier comparisons, pricing negotiations, and purchasing recommendations.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify savings opportunities, and support contract renewals and amendments.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or contracts within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
• Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
• Strong organization, diligence, communication, prioritization, and multi-vendor coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating shipping for sensitive hardware and managing procurement logistics.
