Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Hybrid role with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Pittsburgh).

Salary: $180,000 – $215,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Own Epic integration problems end-to-end across multiple product and workflow surfaces.
• Identify optimal APIs and integration patterns, especially where standard documentation is insufficient.
• Build and refine processes to surface Epic constraints and risks during the discovery phase.
• Shape internal tools, such as an Epic "twin," to enable team testing without live environment dependencies.
• Codify accumulated Epic knowledge into AI agents to replace tribal knowledge and streamline team workflows.
• Act as the primary Epic operating partner for product and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at Epic and 2+ years at healthcare tech vendors integrating into Epic.
• Deep understanding of Epic integration patterns, customer-to-customer variation, and implementation pitfalls.
• Proven ability to create processes in ambiguous, cross-team environments.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills to build trust with PM, engineering, implementation, and commercial teams.
• Active user of AI tools with a passion for building systems, scripts, or agents.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
