What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for defined Epic-based capabilities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery from intake to implementation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery squads.
• Ensure product quality by collaborating with Quality Engineering on test plans and design reviews.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Madison, WI, up to four days per week.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product management or related fields.
• Expertise in Epic EMR systems and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced business analysis skills, including process flow definition and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Finance.
• Experience in healthcare, bioinformatics, or digital health sectors.
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) and design tools (e.g., Figma).
