Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and end-to-end patient journey for PatientGPT across web and mobile platforms.
• Define AI-driven conversation behaviors, including questioning strategies, explanations, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with clinical, design, and ML teams to implement clinical safety requirements into the product experience.
• Analyze conversation data and funnel metrics to identify and resolve patient friction points.
• Manage stakeholders and negotiate with clinical and executive leaders at partner health systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of PM experience shipping consumer or B2B2C software.
• Experience with AI/ML products and a deep understanding of model behavior and evaluations.
• Strong analytical fluency with the ability to independently pull data and define success metrics.
• Exceptional written communication skills for creating alignment across teams.
• Comfort operating in regulated, high-stakes environments.
• Experience presenting to and negotiating with external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or health tech experience, including EHR integrations and clinical workflows.
• Experience building conversational AI or chat-based products.
• Consumer growth expertise focusing on funnels, activation, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, prompt design, or model behavior testing.
